m panchkula m job krta ju or mri wife ambala me and she is pregnent and uski pregnancy me complicaiton a gai hain and doctor ne use complete bed rest likha h so mne isi base par transfer ke liye apply kiya tha but sab btane ke bad bhi mri applicaiton file kar di gai. mai puchna chata hu ki agar future me kuch mishappening hoti h to kya dealing person responsible hoga if yes to kya main un par court case kar skta hu or unko kya kya saza hogi becoz mri majboori ke bad bhi transfer ni ki or jinki approach hai unki time to time transfer kar rahe hai. please answer me main bahut tension me hu?

par aap high authority ko likh sakte hai
Agar aap k paas proof hai ki approch karne walon ki transfer ho rahi hai to aap High court, me case file kar sakta hai.
