Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I was married two nd half years back but since then our relationship was not good due to lack of understanding, as a result we did not spent a healthy relationship. after knowing about our relationship my parents took me home to understand the real problem between us and after that my husband is refusing me to come back but i want to go and solve all the misunderstandings and lead a healthy relationship, he is not letting me enter the house,saying he dosent want to stay with me anymore what should i opt, should i go to mahila aayog or file a case so that i can live with my husband in the house.
