Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I am a married man got into a love affair with a married woman since 2 years. She promised marriage and divorce from her husband. She also disclosed everything to my wife and anyway destroyed my family. When Time came for her to go for her own divorce, she refused and cut off all relationship with me. She also took money more than INR 5 lacs from me (recorded in bank statement). Now I want to go legal against her to demand the money back and also sue her for this fraud. I have not yet spoken to a lawyer. I am not the first one, she had been cheating her husband since last 10 years. By going legal I want to expose her infront of the society, in profession and all her family members. I am anyway exposed. There are lot of email transactions between us which can support the truth. My wife is ready to support me. What do you think are my chances? Will this work?

yes it will work.

but dont trust on her husband also coz such type of extortion of money cannot be done without help of her husband.

So both of them are liable for cheating you and destroying your life. but you cannot file complaint on same ground so better to engage an expert and he will show you the right way out.
