Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

i met a guy around 4 years. he raped me and so i told him i will go to police but he convinced me that he was sorry for what he has done and ready to marry me. so he got married to me. i m a hindu and he muslim he forced me to convert so that we can marry. so we got married acc to muslim law. i was 20 years old and he was 19.but after marriage he started abusing me physically and everytime forced me to commit suicide. he never took me to his house and forced me to stay at my mom\\\'s home. he and his family hid the truth of our marriage from public.after two to three days of marriage he was asking me to give divorce as i realised his only intention to marry me was to hide his evil act of rape. after 2 years of marriage ie. 4 months ago he divorced me by lying that its not a divorce and i m just faking it in front of my family. but it was his plan to convince me for divorce. he even had an affair with another girl before our divorce and he got engaged with that girl after 2-3 days of divorce. he was also working somewhere some people say he has his own call centre but he said to me he is unemployed and used to borrow money from me. and as said to me he is just faking divorce in front of his family, he even had relations with me even after divorce for 1 month but he suddenly showed his real face one day by saying do you have any proof that i did that and told me u r an idiot and its a real divorce. what should i do now? can i file a case against him of fraud and domestic violence he has done in our marriage? or i cannot do anything now?? can i charge him for his fraudulent intentions from begining? coz i was not knowing all his truths before and i m discovering all his fraud intentions now by friends and people.
