Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My mom is arrested under false case of 420 120a.Same charges are there on 2 person also.its been 70 days since my mom got arrested and other 2 are still not arrested.No charge sheet is filled by police yet.her bail is also rejected by court .Please suggest what to do
