Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I need help. Last month back my sister get marriage Feb 15th 2017 with one person in presence of all family members & relative with Hindu sampradhayam. After one month also his not accepting my sister as a wife, his not moved any relationship with my sister.When we are asking about this issue his saying I am not interested to.stay with my sister. We are middle class family & father also not their. For marriage I spent 15leaks. Can I please suggest how we can proceed to get money. What are the law section is their? Please help us

what proof of marriage is available? If there are sufficient proofs then your sister can file case of conjugal rights in family court and can also ask for compensation, maintenance etc. Consult a local lawyer.
