Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
The payee has bank account in a cooperative bank,which does not participate in clearing.The payee deposit a cheque in it and it sends the cheque to clearing through other participating bank.The cheque is returned dishonoured.Intimation of which bank is required for legal purpose.
