Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
pititioner filed a case under 144(2)CrPc on 4/07/13, till now over 7 month passed away,no hearing takes place as magistrate was not present on particular hearing date. So, at present, the case is valid or not? I am o.p, want to dismiss the case.
