Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Promoter has taken three cheque from me by force without any legally recoverable goods or services. for that, i have instructed to my banker to ''stop cheque payment'' for the same and the bank consider on the request. after that, the cheque holder has deposited the cheque to my bank for payment. but, the bank remark as ''funds insufficient''. and the promoter file a case in the court under 138 N.I.Act. what will be the next course of action by me against the complaint in the court? kindly, advice me as soon as possible.
