Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hi, I have registered a case against my husband & in-laws in 498A, 406, 34 & Domestic Violence. At the time of registering the case all of them were out of India. But now my husband & mother-in-law have come back but my brother-in-law is still abroad. Is there any procedure in the law with which he can be deported back to India?

the procedure of deportation/extradition is tedious and first you have see whether there is a treaty between both the countries supporting extradition or not.
