Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
sir
few days before i got a message from an online retail store, someone ordered a item using my name mobile number and my old address.when the courier person called i informed him about this.but before two days it repeates i got one another item but the online retail store is different.i think some one is using my details for other purposes.what should i do now?is there is any ways to stop this type of fraud activites to me?
