Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir i gave a sum of rs. 48000 in cash to my friend as loan and after some time he gave me achque of same amount but the chque has been baunced twice because of insufficient fund .what the legle action can be taken and under which section of indian law

dear client first send him legal notice through advocate within 30 days from cheque bounce date and ask him to return the money. if he will not return the money then file case under sec 138 of negotiable instrument act. for detail discussion call me
