Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hi Sir,

I am recently get married and very happy with it.

Few year back i had relationship with a girl and seprate after 2 year(As she make relationship with her TL in her company). During our relationship we had one personal vedio and we both keep it. I delete every thing related to her after the month she broke and my parants fix my marriage. But now somebody blackmailing her with that vedio. and she blamming me for all this happen. I havent did anything wrong. the vedio was made with both mutul understading. These all thing disturb my life and almost destroy my marriage. Please help, am deep in truble.

of course you would be how did the video leak out??/you need to do damage control. It is not a question of your settling down it is of not subjecting the women to humiliation.

both of you (You and your ex-GF) should approach the police and file the complaint of blackmailing.
