Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hello Sir,
I have query related to my tenant.shop tenant has change electricity bill owner name in his own name without permission. how is thia possible. we (landlord) did not sign any where.
Please advise on procedure which we need to follow.

1) Lodge complaint to Electricity dept of the change as to how it happened?
2) If no response, then issue legal notice to the tenant, Dept. to rectify.
