Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hi - I am suraj sahoo. I am a student of bachelors degree.my case is that I was standing in my college election at the post of president. One of the aspirant had increased his attendance illegally. When we knew this thing then a quarell had taken place among ourselves. One of the student had taken the attendance register on 14 sep.and the principal had a commitment with us that he will short out it in a room . after 4 days the election was stopped and the principal filled a case of ipc-384 against me . I have taken not to arrest order from the high court. The principal is now ready to withdraw this case.
My question is:
1) can the case be withdraw
2) Is my career safe. Or if my career is not safe what steps should i take to keep it safe.

yes he can withdraw his case and after that your carrier is safe.
