Hi my name is Uday Kumar. I live in Faridabad. My neighbour chotelal is a punk with 2 more brothers. He use to abuse everyone.me and my father use to be out of state because of official work. He got some milk business and my mother entereupted when they created mess in the passage and there he started abusing her and ran to kill her and my mother closed her into the house. We went to police and they did not did not do anything then i placed an online FIR and it worked and he got arrested for one day.now he is free and does the same thing abusing us. Please suggest if i can do any thing else to save my family???

once you filed an online complaint, was he arrested on registration of FIR? What Offence was he charged with? If he has come out on bail and the case relating FIR is still pending, then you apply for cancellation of his bail. or else, file a proper complaint, get the FIR Registered so that the case could go on, he is put to trial and punished.

complain again and then approach the court to cancel his bail.

you can also file case of defamation.

You may report the matter to the police and in case no action is taken you can approach the magistrate.
