Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
my wife filed 498a case against my whole family then after she filed maintenance & divorce in other court but the allegation and date of incident are different in her affidavit, which was mentioned in 498a case. means she has say different story in 498a, maintenane & divorce. I want to know that can i file affidavit filed by her in 498a as evidence?
