Legal Question in Discrimination Law in United States

I'm student. I went for employment to a company and agreed to work 1 year with an agreement . I didn't fulfilled the agreement, now a person from company is insisting me that he will report to my school about agreement. Does he have any right to report to school, can I proceed against him with legally?

Without knowing what the involvement of the school is and more supporting facts that explain the situation, I couldn't say. Maybe they can report, maybe they can't.

If you want to sue somebody you can, but be prepared to support the litigation with your own money.
