Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
Its been 6 months my husband go missing leaving me with no house of our own and 2 children's now my immidiate family refuced to takecare of us and want me to get a divorce paper through court and get married again so my new husband will takecare of me and they want to sent the children to some government institute i dont know what is my legal right at the moment please help
