hi I am 30 yrs old married women me and my husband got married in the yr 2008 it was a love marriage , by religion he is hindu - baudhh , we were staying sepretly without his parents for 5 yrs as his parents was orthodox, so we started to stay sapertly, both we are working as he is working for a pvt. bank and me for a pvt. firm , we spend 4 yrs together very nicley , small fightings and arguments had haapend a lot but in the yr 2013 suddlenly i dont know what happend to him he started to beating me but i kept quite , and suddenly he went to his parents while saying that my dad said if you want property leave ur wife , and he said my parents that i dont want to sty with her as she is not giving respect to my parents , i am trying my level best to talk to him call him infct filed a comlpaint against him but no use police are not ready to help me , they are saying to go to lawyer , but i dont have that much of money that i will fight and i will get my all rights, my husband is not yet given me divorce , but i think he has extra marrital affair with his office friend , let me know what can i do in this situation , he is not ready to talk any one i dont kow what is going in his mind if he doesnt want to sty with me why he hasnt give me divorce yet , i dont want to give him divorce , i dont have any financiala support my parents mother and father is no more , i stay with my sister at her residence .

Dear client if police is not taking any action then complaint file direct in court under sec 498 a against husband. If u want to save yr marriage send legal notice through lawyer and ask him to take back u to matrimonial house. If he will not take u back then file case for restitution of conjugal rights u can also file case of domestic violence against him for mental harassment. For proper discussion call me on 9422611385

Firstly serve a legal notice through a lawyer for RCR. If he does not respond, file a complaint under D.V.Act.
