Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi All,

Please suggest me on below case.

My sister got married in 2001 with a BSF man, she is having one son , age 10 years, from last 4 years she is living with us and she is undergone some mental treatment. As per her husband family, she is completely mentally challenged, but according to doctor (IBHAS) she is not completely mentally challenged.

From her husband & family they have not given permission to meet her son, also, not provided any alumni till date.

As my sister is not able to meet her son, her mental condition is going worst day by day.

Please suggest me on following

1. How can she get to meet her son

2. What about her life time alumni and rest of life how she will survive

3. If we file a divorce case, how long it will take

Dear client she can apply for visitation rights to meet her son. She can ask monthly maintenance by filling case under sec 125 of criminal procedure code. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
