Legal Question in Family Law in India

Ancestral property in Mumbai is in threat from a christian woman who CLAIMS to be wife of my mothers deceased cousin brother via a Mantralayas certificate of marriage .She has the audacity of even saying that she had married him only for his property. She did say that she could not get married in the church as is customary. We are in doubt about this Mantralaya marriage certificate and validity of her alleged marriage, since she should be divorced from her previous marriages. How do we obtain such information so as to prove her marriage as invalid. She has also managed to move civil court with some fabricated documents (totally unknown to my mother and elder sis who are direct descendents) stating oral settlements by my mothers dad and his brothers in 1939 followed by written settlement in 1969 and admitted by her in court in the year 1998 . This is done

deviously by her taking advantage of the fact that they are all deceased and there was no one to oppose her. Now my mother has recently reunited after many years with her only alive sister and we have been informed of the situation. Please guide as to place of procuring evidence of marriage n divorce docs in mumbai , also verification if mantralayas marriage certificate.

I am aware of the marriage certification records kept at mhada at khar west.
