AOA, Dear sir i m job less and court fix the maintenance for child. i know it is necessary to pay but i m unable. please guide me for best.

there's no escape from the maintenance of child.

But you can file a case of custody of your child and as a result you may get a compromising situation where your wife may agree that i will not ask for maintenance and you have not to ask for custody.
