I have one child age is 3 years.4 years ago I got married but my wife is living one year to her parental house I tried to call and talk to come back but she no reply me now I want divorce with her how to do please tell me

You have to file a contested divorce on some ground like cruelty. But whether you can establish this ground or not depends on over all facts of you marital life. If there is no strong reason, better serve a legal notice for RCR first. It will help you later on.

1) U may file RCR. Wait and see for the response.

2) Also ask for child visitation rights.

3) If she does not turn up, file Divorce petition with full facts.

Fist of all you may send her legal notice to join you else you may directly file divorce.
