Legal Question in Family Law in India

my close friend loved a girl two years back, aftr that her family were against in their relationship so they were breakup. Then after six months he get a mental depression one day he and his friends went to her home and kidnapped her from her home went to a temple with his family started to black mail her and a temple marriage they did but she didnt interested to do such thngs aftr the signing the documents in the temple they took her to their home for refreshment that time she ran and come back to her home and told everything to her family. They accepted everything aftr her family found them and asked them the all things they did. Then they said sorry and they were seperated . After one year she got married with another guy. Then the old guy come to knew this and started some problems with her husband. Now her family approached to the police station for a solution.then what will happen in such a situation.
