Legal Question in Family Law in India

i have completed 9 months of marriage. from 6 months im living seperately from my husband. bcos my husband and mother in law wanted me to go from their house. they did not wanted me to give anything like ailmony maintanance and stridhan even my clothes too. and before leaving their house they force me to write on a paper that its my wish to go. now i dont know what happened to them suddenly. they are ready to pay rupees 3 lack in cash. they came to my house with cash of rupees 1 lack (for advance) and said to me that i have to write on a paper that i will not interfere in my husbands life in future and my husband will also write the same. and we both will give that note to each other. at that time they will give 2 lack rupees. this will happen in front of a THANEDAR.

i refused to take money.

my mother in law did not allowed me to take my clothes ( which were given by their side) that day when i was leaving their house. now suddenly they are ready to give rupee 3 lack in cash.

they dont want to wait for completion of 1 year.

1) is it a planning to trap me and my family?

2) can/will they create some problem for me in future?

3) can i create some problem in their life in furure?

4) is it safe?

5) is it for they dont want me to file case against them?
