Legal Question in Family Law in India

My control freak and egoistic husband is abusive towards me, verbally, emotionally and physically. 10 motnhs ago I became pregnact unexpectedly, which angered my husband, leading to verbal and physical abuse. My parents brought me to their place as they were worried about his behavior. However, i was very depressed and also my pregnancy ended in miscarriage. My husband and I went for marraige counselling and took me back to my marital home. The counselling brought no change in him. He started neglecting me and I also faced a lot of mental torture from my mother in law who never supports me although she knows about her sons behavior and instead adds fuel to the fire and poisons my marraige all the more with gossip and lies. 6 months ago during i had an arguement with my husband since he was neglecting me too much. During the fight he asked me to get out of his house. when I said that he has no right to ask to me leave his house he threatened me saying that if i continued to stay then he will leave the house. I was helpless and called my parents but my husband did not want to discuss anything with them. My husband, mother in law and brother in law everyone asked my parents to take me home. Since the my husband has not bothered to answer my call or talk to me. I come from a conservative background so I want to give my marraige a chance and do not want to divorce him. But really want to put an end to the domestic violence that I am going through. I do not want to break his family but I feel I can bond with my husband better if I live with him seperately for a few months. Is there anyway I can seek for this legally? Please advice.

Dear client file dowry harassment complaint against husband and his family members under sec 498 a with police. Also file domestic violence case for mental harassment against him. During these cases counselling will be done by court and u can say that if u both reside separately then u can take back yr cases. For any legal help call me on 9422611385

You should file a complaint under D.V.Act wherein separate accommodation can be sought. But even then, no court can force a couple to live together against their wish.
