Legal Question in Family Law in India
I have done court marriage in 2011, from the day of marriage till now we never stayed together ever. That person cheat me, from last three years I am mentally and socially tortured, now after three years he is ready for MCD. As we never had any marital relations and separate from last three years, how much time will MCD takes and what is the quickly divorce procedure. Pls help
