Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Law gurus,

I am Raj, and recently married a girl (May-14) on the grounds that she has completed her engineering in 2013 as told by her parents. But she didn't complete her engineering (2 backlogs from 1st year curriculum). I have compromised even though I was cheated, but now her behavior is rude and she is loyal to me and I can't trust her anymore. I want to know whether I can get divorce from her as I was cheated saying she completed her engineering! Also want to understand the law regarding suspension of marriage for cheating case. kindly let me know the law as i don't want to live with her.
