Legal Question in Family Law in India
Dear Sir/ Ma'm, I need your advice on one case that happened in India. My question is as below:
After harassing my Muslim female friend for 14 years her Muslim husband left her alone. In 2000 they were married through Nikahnama according to Muslim tradition. She has their Nikahnama (marriage certificate) also. 3 years before he threw her out of his home with two children as she was not able to bring money from her father anymore. Now it�s learnt and confirmed that her husband married another Muslim girl and has even a baby also. He did not inform her first wife about it at all. She is alone taking care of two children ages 12 and 7.
1. Now question is can a Muslim husband marry second wife without giving divorce to his first wife or without even informing her?
2. Can she charge him with bigamy and send him to jail?
3. Can she get divorce from her husband on the ground of his second marriage?

Dear client she cannot sue her husband for bigamy. But she can ask divorce from her husband. For any legal help call me on 9422611385

dear madam,
she can't sue her any criminal case or divorce except some ground.she will ask about children maintenance and file case also in civil court. otherwise compromise it and settle issue for her children 's future.
answer of all three question is that she can get divorce but on the ground u asked for. for further detailed info u may call on my given no. 11.30am - 4.30pm
