Dear Sir/ Mam,

My brother got married on June 2012, my brother and my brother's wife always quarrel themselves and most of the time my brother's wife stay at their residence- Faridabad.

My brother lodged a court case for divorce at Rohini Court.

After that my brother's wife also filed a case at Faridabad Police Station for fake dowry and domestic violence.

Now Faridabad police officials calling again and again to my brother and sending him notices also.

When my brother and my mother went there at Faridabad police station, whey forced my brother and my mother to take my brother's wife at home.

But my brother doesn't stay with his wife, he just want divorce.

What should we do now ? Please help...

1) The grounds on which ur brother wanted divorce is not clear.

2) Ur br dowry case already filed will be contested which will be a long drawn expensive legal battle.

3) Discuss in the presence of family elders/ experienced senior citizens to sort out the issue amicably. If it transpired to agree for mutual divorce as a last resort, MCD will be recourse to resolve quickly.
