Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir,

i have filed a contested divorce case on the basis of her mental illness with proofs in family court delhi, where as my wife have not responded to the petition in last 7mths, now she wants to come to the court and request the judge to order for divorce decree as she do not want to contest the case.(she do not have a lawyer). Is this possible or pls suggest any other way.
