Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir,

My family(Hindu) was very poor and my father lead the family by taking loans

from the third party since my child hood. I have father(late)+mother+elder

sister+brothers(2). Iam the elder son. My sister got marriage in 1982 when i was studying

VI class. I have studied up to Diploma course by the help of second

hand books given by my cousin brother and college lecturer. I worked

in INDIA for some time in Amararaja batteries Ltd nearby my home town

TIRUPATI.

In June1994 i went Bahrain(arabian gulf) and continuously worked without

leave up to April 2000.

I have been sent all the money around Rs 4,60,000/- to my father when i

was working in Bahrain before my marriage. With that money my father cleared all of

his debts, build a house and purchased 3.5 acre DKT land on un-registered stamp paper document(not registered because of DKT land) and kept on his name.

When i got marriage in year 2000 after arrived INDIA and after 2 years

we sold some Original patta land due financial problems. Finally my

father proposed to make a relinquishment deal for the rest of all the property(3.5 acre land + house) by giving Rs 100000/-and executed the deal on stamp paper only. I have done the relinquishment deed on un-registered document stamp paper without my satisfaction..

I have been living separately with my wife since july 2002.

In the year 2004, i again spent Rs.1,20,000/- for the alteration of house. My

father died in Nov 2012 without partition. Again i spent Rs 45,000/-

for his death ceremony. Also i have been arranged rice bags and

money(monthly Rs 1500/-) for my mother since 2006 to till date.

Now my mother + brothers(2 Nos) are not interested to give my share of

property based on an un-registered relinquishment copy.

Evidence documents(ORIGINAL) are available:

1) Letters(42 Nos) written by brother as per parents dictation

mentioning as purchased property with my money

2) Bank statement copy + cheque book(2 Nos) + D D receipts(1994 -2000)

3) House photos + VRO certified copy

4) K.KESAVULU REDDY loan issued copy

5) Ration card of wife+mother+father

6) Properties possession enjoyment of fathers' name-Adangal copies

7) Receipt of house repair-Water proofing bill

So may i eligible to make a legal suit on them?

Please advise.
