Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir,
We are 4 brothers and 2 sisters.I am the youngest one in the family.
My father has put some assets on my 3 brothers names and registered those on their names and nothing on my name.Now they are claiming that they are their own and will not divide and give it to me.
We have asked my elder brother to divide all the assets as my father is seriously ill and he is not able to divide the assets due to his health condition.
My elder brother is harassing us from last 15 years by not dividing the assets and threatening us on the same.
I need your advice whether if i go to court i will get the division equally or not.How to proceed on this.

1) Where is the property situated, whether ancestral, u r male or female, if female whether married, date of marriage etc are required.

2) Consult a local lawyer whether partition suit can be filed based on facts.
