Legal Question in Family Law in India

What is the difference between judicially separated and divorce ? We were married in fab 2014 , we have no child . I don't want to give divorce to my husband as I don't want him to remarry . We are living separate since one year. Matter is of domestic voilence but I don't want to file a case against him . I just don't want to live with him . Now what is the process to file judicially separation ?
