Can a family appeal be filed in district court if the execution proceeding is initiated in civil court after 4 months of decree by family court??

here i take your question that you are only talking about a a family court case.when the family appeal is filed, condonation of delay is to be decided by the appellate court on merit.

Limitation is provided for filling of appeal in family cases. If it filed beyond time then the issue of limitation will decide along with other points.
