Legal Question in Family Law in India

Can some a family couple agree to a mutual agreement for a mutual divorce before a family court session judge and later on submit request for termination of the agreement without any sufficient reason if it so permissible what is the legal value of the agreement afterwards.

1) The MoU is not a legal document but just an evidence.

2) Before the court if both agree in advance and abide by it

instead of in the presence of court to save time.
