Legal Question in Family Law in India
My father is alcoholist/drugist,does domestic violence with my mother.He doesnt allow her to have any share in property or money . I am an MBBS student ,my mother needs money for my study .But my father has no interest in this matter.He doesnt want to give any sort of money related help to us. Can u suggest what should we do?

1) What is the nature of property? If ancestral, ur mother and u will get. Otherwise not.
