Legal Question in Family Law in India
I have files a case against my husband before 10 years ago but till date he did not represent in court & now case transfered to family court but judje doing same thing when somone filed case first time & till date no help from court,,, Please give me right advice because i have one baby child & i have no source of income to live life right now i am dependent on my parents.
