Legal Question in Family Law in India

good day. im an indian, working as a doctor in russia. my ex-wife is a russian. we both have a common child born in russia.by birth she is also a citizen of russia. we lived together for 5 years. due to problemscaused my my ex-mother in law and due to the arrogancy of my ex wife she eloped with my child and now is living with her parents in an another state in russia.my wife filed for divorce and got it. she also filed for aliments and im paying. she by all means is not allowing to evev talk to my child. my child and me are very attached. i can see the psycologial trauma she is going thro. my ex-wife is manipulating me using the child. she also filed for posession of the child to be with her.usually in russia the verdict goes in favour of the mother. we as a family for the past 5 years regularily visited india. my parents and cousins and our family in india are very much fond of our child.but my ex-wife filed a case in the court to block my childs exit from russia which was turned down by the court. i have now filed a court case to get visiting days with my child as her mother is not allowing the child to be left alone with me.and the child feels very uncomfortable with me in the presence of her mother. i want to bring the child to india and give her a good education since the economic and political condition now in russia is unstable. i have also asked the court to allow me to travel with the child to india to visit our kith and kins. what problems will i face if i bring the child to india. please be kind enough to guide me. thanks.

Dear Client

You have already done the required. If you get the permission to meet and bring the child, you. Otherwise not. Court may order you to fill a bond or undertaking that you would bring the child back to Russia. Why did not you file for custody instead of only visiting rights? Merely visiting right will not entitle you to bring him here in India? You need to revert through mail.
