Good Morning Sir,Im a divorcee with two kids from my first husband.after divorce I married a bachelor in 2010 against both parents wish..even though he knew about my past.but this person remarried another lady in 2011 with out knowing me..that marriage has breaker up in one month its in court. after this he is coming and staying with me and we
from past four months he started harassing me and give me mental pressure that I should leave him..so I filed 498a n 494 420 cases on him.from them he absconded and applied for anticipatory bail in high court.coz of this grudge hr defamed me through msgs,online defamation,sending the defaming msgs to all my relatives,he is denying marriage n hr is complete ly absconded....for second husband I'm not having kids.I doesn't want to leave my second husband..I need my right to stay in my home..coz of him I became zero I don't have any source of living.he cheated me..already this is the second time I m facing..but I doeny want to leave him.if I leave him he I'll ruin another lady life..hr is that kind of person.is their any chance to b with him in court of law..
