Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

I am a govt employee.

My wife and me had some hot verbal debate upon something .

She called her father and her father through police served me a notice to appear in high court along with my wife.

I took my wife to court where Judge asked whether she want to go with her father or me? She said with her father and case was closed.

Now since my child is due in three weeks time and i am a govt employee I have serious reservations about my child 's birth who could be damaged by her or her mother (in order to teach me a lesson).

About my wife I have now no worries she is all free to be with me or not.However what all I could do to ensure safety of my child???

My preference is child should be born in a govt hospital as I am entitled to free treatment and so that child could be documented properly.

Should I serve my wife's parents a notice or what to make sure my child remains un harm and delivered in a hsopital to whom baby is entitled by virtue of my appointment.

How to ensure saftery, security of my child.

We are not yet divorced and neither I am planning to do so.

She might do so.

file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights and also file an application for appropriate order/direction to your wife to go with you and give birth in an entilted hospital.
