Legal Question in Family Law in India
My GWOP is transferred from Principal District Court to Additional district court.
Compromise failed before the Principal district Judge. Then Principal district judge transfer my GWOP case to Additional District court. Now my lawyer says District Judge can transfer the case to Additional district judge. But Principal district judge can not transfer the case to Additional District Judge.
My lawyer says Additional district judge cannot act as Principal District Judge.
My lawyer says transfer is not valid. Additional district judge passes any order in GWOP petition is also null and void.
Please let me know.
