Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello

I am a hindu female. married in november, 1993 when i was around 21 years old. We stayed together for few months and separated in may 1994. In Feb, 1995, we were divorced by mutual consent. It was a deed of divorce executed by notary and signed by witnesses and his and my parents. My husband has remarried and has two children. I am still unmarried. Since I was quite young that time, i was not aware if this process was valid and if am legally divorced. If I want to get remarried, will this divorce deed be considered as valid or will i need to now file for divorce through court. Please suggest.

Dear client only court has power to give divorce. Notary divorce deed has no value in the eye if law. Speak with yr husband and file mutual divorce in the court. U will get divorce in six months. For any legal help call me on 8446247807
