hi,i have been married from last 2.5yrs my wife have left me and staying in her chacha house last 6 months because i do not respect her chacha and she belive that he is every one to her she do not have mom as she expired long time back and dad is depended on his chacha and i do not respect her chacha coz he had created lots of interference in my married life and insulted me and my fmly a lot. now from last 6 months my wife is there without reason and she told me she is there coz i do not respect her chacha . my wife is working lady and she wants to keep all his money in her name without my name so that she can transfer as and when she want to there chacha and chachi as her chacha and chachi want to keep all money with them only. plz advice can i can file divorce on this ground without paying compensation or can i can take any legal action on his chacha for keeping my wife and did brain wash of her
plz advice my life is miserable coz of all this my parents are in tension 24 x 7.

Right now, divorce shall not succeed since there is not much into it. Desertion is a ground but it must be for a period of 2 years. Right now, send her a legal notice through a lawyer for RCR (Coming back). Even if she does not come, it will help you later on.
