I am a hindu married lady having a ten months old baby girl.me and my husband living separately for the past few months. Because of the domestic violence. He is a person eho change his behaviour suddenly and a doubtful person.a dv case and recovery for gold case is filed.he is not willing for divorce.first I also think about a divorce and now I have a lot of queries about my baby and her future life.what can I do?if I rethink what I do if he again torture me.can I put forward any legal value conditions before continuing him again.if it possible what condition can I made?otherwise can you give me a fruitful solution.pls

in such a situation, instead of an agreement, a statement before the court of law would help.
