what if the husband does not appear in the court for the final hearing in mutual consent divorce if the wife is staying away in a different country for the six months period?

court will adjourn for final E and then next date of hearing judgment will be pronounced and even if wife is not present a simple representation will be enough

presence of both is require or their attorney is require otherwise mutual consent divorce decree is not possible
