husband divorce lena chahta hai lekin wife divorce nahi dena chahti. husband wife ko apne ghar me nahi rehne de raha. husband mutual divorce dena chahta hai lekin vo paisa nahi dena chahta. agar wife mutual divorce nahi degi to husband contested divorce file karega. husband ke paas wife ke against aisa koi proof nahi hai jisse husband divorce le sake.
1) aisa koi raasta jis se wife ko divorce nahi dena pade. aur agar dena pade to usko shaadi ka saara kharcha , stridhan aur maintanance mile?
2 agar wife women cell me application de aur husband waha pe bhi wife ko rakhne se mana kar dega , aur wife divorce dene se mana kar degi to kya fir bhi wife ko divorce dena padega?

1) sab milega.

2) wife ko divorce nahi dene ko bolana. jadi husband divorce file karana chahe to karne do.

3) agar wife file karne se jo kutch milana hai vo nahi milega.

4) mahila thana me DV grih himsa, 498A aur maintenance cases ko file karne se vo jarur aajayega.

wife need to file 498a against the husband as well maintenance for her self .........

husband has to give maintenance ......
