Me & my husband are getting divorced. the case is in the court. He has sent me some messages that could be use as proof. So text messages can be treated as proof ? or if i lost the mobile can screenshots be treated as proof ?

dear client u can use that message as proof in court. take the print out and submit it in court.

you can file the documents and they need to proved by your lawyer as per evidence act.
