Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband has filed divorce case against me in the year of 2008.but district Court has discarded that case after 5 years.because that case was not jurisdiction under the area he has filed.even he has done second marriage before getting divorce. Sir so what are all cases we can file against him.

Dear client if u have solid proof of his second marriage then u can file case of bigamy against him and he will punished for five years jail. U can ask maintenance from him by filling case under sec 125. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
